Exchange & Returns Policy

In respect to the consumer and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, POES presents an Exchange, Returns, and Repentance Policy. For this, the consumer should contact directly by e-mail: < [email protected] > with the subject: Exchange / Return / Defect and the order number.

NOTE! To be eligible for return, the order must appear as delivered to POES’ headquarters by the Post Office.

RETURN BY REPENTANCE / WITHDRAWAL

  • If, upon receiving the product, you decide to return it due to regret, you must do so within seven calendar days, counting from the date of receipt by the email indicated above. You should observe the following criteria:
  • the product must be in new conditions
  • the product must be sent in the original packaging, accompanied by all its accessories.
  • the customer must inform in writing the reason for the refusal / return, the name of the person who is returning it, your ID Number, and the date of the return.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT / FAILURE

We work hard so that all the pieces are exquisite in execution and utmost care in details. We also work hard for them to reach you in the best possible way. However, if upon receipt of the product, you identify any defect, immediately notify our customer service by e-mail <[email protected]>. In order to exchange or return the defective product, the following conditions must be observed:

  • the product must be in new conditions
  • the product must be sent in the original packaging, accompanied by all its accessories.
  • the customer must inform in writing the reason for the refusal / return, the name of the person who is returning it, your ID Number and the date of the return.

Upon receipt of the product and confirmation that the product has fabrication defects, the option to exchange the product or return it with the refund of values ​​will be granted.

 

VALUE RESTITUTION

After requesting an exchange (or return) within the above period, the customer must return the item preferably within 10 (ten) days after opening the request.

If you choose to immediately return the amount paid, the customer will receive an email within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the product in our headquarters to confirm the refund, which will be made in the same form of payment as the purchase. The refund will observe the following deadlines:

  • Purchase made by credit card: the refund will occur in up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices, starting from the date of request by POES to the credit card administrator. The credit card company is responsible for the payment of the chargeback.
  • Purchase made through a bank slip or deposit will be refunded within 5 days.
