Delivery Policy

SHIPPING COST

Our freight is automatically calculated for your region. The delivery estimates may vary depending on the post address and destination country.

SHIPPING PROVIDERS

Shipping is done safely by several trusted delivery partners and monitored through their platform.

In case of doubts or additional requests (e.g., request delivery within an exceptional period, request a new address for delivery address, etc) we will answer promptly by <hello@poes.store> or via DM on Instagram (@poesjewelry).

During business hours, you can also chat with our team through our WhatsApp chat, which is in the lower right corner of your screen (mobile or desktop).

TRACKING

The order can be tracked using the tracking code sent for your registered email after the purchase. If you have not yet received the email, check your Spam box. If you still cannot find it, please contact us.

If you are in doubt or want to update the delivery status, please contact us by email <hello@poes.store>.

DELIVERY

Delivery attempts: the trusted delivery partner will make up to 3 (three) delivery attempts on consecutive business days, the first of which on the date of arrival at the distribution unit in your region. If delivery is not possible, the order will be available for pickup at the nearest branch to the recipient’s address for 7 (seven) consecutive days, after which it will be returned to us.

Delays in delivery: Your delivery will only be considered delayed if the delivery period has expired, regardless of the order status in the tracking. Unfortunately, it is not possible to open a ticket at the Post Office if your delivery is still on time. After the expiration of the period, it is possible to open a complaint and the response may take up to 5 (five) working days.

The delivery time only starts to count on the next business day of the package’s post. This delivery period will be counted only in working days. Weekends and holidays should not be considered, although some regions receive deliveries on Saturdays. 

INSURANCE 

Taking great care and attention at each stage cannot prevent unforeseen events to happen. The delivery of your order is made by our trusted partners but the responsibility for them is all ours. You, the customer, are only responsible for the product when you receive it.
